Bubble is not keeping the same colours for series when the data is updated #11

If you set synchSeries=true, grid=false, run nested bubble, then add a series. The existing series bubbles change colour. They should keep the same colour.

The problem is not limited to Bubble. Also happening on BarChart when synchSeries=true.

Rather than setting context.color to share the colour scale between grid cells, can probably use the shared state provided by an outer IIFE.
