Instance properties for table batching lambdas and properties provider start with sleeper.table

Description

By convention, table properties start with sleeper.table, and instance properties do not.

There are several instance properties that start with sleeper.table now.

Two were added in the following PR:

• Issue 1960 - Add properties for table batching lambdas memory & timeout #2002

Another was added here:

• Issue 16 - Add timeout property to clear cache for TablePropertiesProvider #1417

Steps to reproduce

1. See example properties files

Expected behaviour

There should be no instance properties beginning with sleeper.table.

The properties that do can be renamed.
