Given a pure table number, such as T1--09044, the API should return at least the hierarchy

T1--0---- Hilfstafel 1. Standardschlüssel (T1--0)
T1--09--- Geschichte, geografische Behandlung, Biografien (T1--09)
T1--0904- Zeitabschnitte (T1--0901-T1--0905)
T1--0904- *20. Jahrhundert, 1900–1999 (T1--0904)
T1--09044 *1940–1949 (T1--09044)

This is useful especially because pure table numbers can also be queried via CSL API, showing a list of titles.
