Add Skohub Vocabularies as terminology registry #203

https://skohub.io/ hosts both the skohub software suite and the "Skohub Vocabularies" terminology registry with vocabularies such as https://w3id.org/class/esc/scheme and https://w3id.org/kim/hochschulfaechersystematik/scheme. Skohub Vocabularies is not included at https://bartoc.org/registries yet because it lack a list of all vocabularies (related issue: skohub-io/skohub-vocabs#231)

There seem to exist other repositories using Skohub vocabs, e.g. https://vocabs.sodix.de/index.de.html - some are hosted as part of Skohub.io, e.g. https://skohub.io/iqb-vocabs/. It would help if https://skohub.io/ lists known all known uses of Skohub vocabs and each list of vocabularies should also be accessible in machine-readable form, in addition to HTML (skohub-io/skohub-vocabs#231 (comment)).
