support 7.11 Region of Interest Vocabulary in the Audiovisual extension #161

Currently, we do not support the vocabulary that would allow publishers to share annotation of their media files: https://rs.gbif.org/extension/ac/audiovisual_2024_11_07.xml.

Could we include support of https://ac.tdwg.org/termlist/#711-region-of-interest-vocabulary?

The support is also needed for a NLBIF/GBIF/Xeno-canto project in 2025.
