Enable multiple types per individual contact

When contact information is updated or created for an organization, the same individual often has more than one role (type of contact) e.g., point of contact and administrative point of contact and we have to create two entries for the same individual.

Could it be possible to instead have the option of assigning multiple contact types to an individual instead?

It's possible technically but it'd require API change. Also, IPT change is required, see gbif/ipt#1166

There's demand for that, so I think we should consider implementing it.
