Create private sector publishing table page #1971

Currently a the table is created here using github actions

The output of the gitHub actions script is these two tables

https://github.com/gbif/doc-private-sector-data-publishing/blob/2.0/260-private-sector-totals.csv

The data is managed using machine tags namespace privateSector.gbif.org (example below)

Dataset example

We need a page and table that is similar to the table below :
