Google search console complains that the bioschema is invalid Incorrect value type "dwc:vernacularName". As far as I can see the value is a 1:1 with the example provided in the bioschema definition ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think that some attributes in bioschema are proposed changes to schema.org. It seems that these have not yet been adopted by schema.org, and therefore the validators flags them.
I think it is one-to-one with the attrs marked with green here: https://bioschemas.org/profiles/Taxon/1.0-RELEASE
Note that when using the Schema.org Markup Validator, you may encounter some error warnings for types and properties. These should correspond to the types and properties that are being proposed by Bioschemas as extensions to the Schema.org vocabulary.
