Similar to #5477.

For the new portal, we could consider rethinking what the GBIF network page looks like.

Should the focus be on showing how big and active the GBIF network is, rather than having the node information? Node information could be part of the directory page (see this issue) and an 'address book'. The focus of the page could be to 'tell the story' of the GBIF network. For example by:
- Featuring an interactive map/story
  - Include publishers, organizations, literature and training events
