Reasons for downloading data

As I recall, the form asks for details on proposed publication outlet but it is geared to formal journal articles and the like. I have been using downloads to ensure that two websites I manage (openherbarium and openzoomuseum) have the names needed to serve their purpose. I also have a one page item on insects in Somaliland I wrote for an email item to people interested in Somaliland's biodiversity. GBIF is critical to what I do, but when I looked at the "tell us how you plan to use the data" last time there did not seem a place for such use. Results, lots of downloads, no citations. Perhaps change the form? Or tell me I am missing something.

@MortenHofft is it just me or does the Tell us about usage not show on the first load of a download page, even when logged in? In Firefox/Chrome I have to reload the page for it to show up...
