adding additional search params add more data

Dataset search behaves differently than our other search endpoints. It feels wrong that a more precise query will include more data. I like the collection approach of narrowing the search down is better.

for collections:
4 https://api.gbif.org/v1/grscicoll/collection/search?q=danish
1 https://api.gbif.org/v1/grscicoll/collection/search?q=danish+fungal

for datasets:
150 https://api.gbif.org/v1/dataset/search?q=danish
345 https://api.gbif.org/v1/dataset/search?q=danish+fungal
