Does the doc ever actually explain which bit value corresponds to which addressing mode? #563

I couldn't find this information in the docs, and ended up looking it up elsewhere.

It turns out, 1 is $8000 unsigned, and 0 is $9000 signed.

The bit values are documented in the LCDC bit field descriptions:

...and in the table linked to by that sub-section:

BG/Win if LCDC.4=1 BG/Win if LCDC.4=0
