Description

We haven't verified that the command line tools work on Windows, and on pull request #103 they're being skipped.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install on Windows
  2. Try some command, such as ign topic -l

Expected behavior:

No errors printed

Actual behavior:

Unknown

After #402 was merged, this issue have been solved. However, we are noticing that the ign_TEST now called gz_TEST, is not running on Windows CI (it is running and passing locally). The apparent reason for this is that CI is not finding the gz-tools2 package on CI and therefore removes the test. I believe we can close this issue and perhaps address the problem mentioned before separately, wdyt @azeey?

I'm in favor of keeping this open until the tests are running. It might be fixed by gazebo-tooling/release-tools#1063
