When we click On the Donate Tab in Navbar a pop up is shown for donation, which contains gform link to store details.

A separate page can me made for this website that will replace this g-form dependency.! this page will be a part of this website alone, no need to depend on google forms , and a separate tab would be given in admin panel to see all the donate entry records.
