make glvd data ingestion dymamic wrt garden linux versions

currently this script needs to be changed for every new garden linux version (also patch releases)

this is cumbersome and not sustainable long term

data ingestion should work in a way where it discovers available garden linux versions.

so if we are running the ingestion after a new release was made, it should pick up that new version without the need for changing code or config in the ingestion image.
