CI Infra: Setup dns for a pretty domain name #105

Our current ci cluster has a not-so-nice hostname.

We should use a pretty domain name like https://glvd.gardenlinux.io (current working suggestion)

Maybe another sub-domain would be nicer, like

vuln.gardenlinux.io or sec.gardenlinux.io (taking into account we don't want super long names like security-tracker.gardenlinux.io
