What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR introduces a new way of showing shoot readiness: The readiness chips can now be shown as Readiness Bar Chart.
This allows to show the readiness more compact which helps keeping overview in case you have a large amount of readiness items. This can happen as failed constraints may also be shown as failed readiness tag.
With #1957 this bar chart could be shown in collapsed state.

Readiness chips can now be shown as a Readiness Bar Chart. This new format provides a more compact view, enhancing overview management, especially with a large number of readiness items
