ml: different type of clustering results according to the input data

• clustering results with just business days
• clustering results with all days (of the week)
• clustering results for each day of the week

This implies to update the luigi pipeline to generate and save different clustering results. Maybe give the possibility to choose a type of result from the web app (and so the Web API).
