Small-data-science.Rmd contains exploratory data analysis (EDA) on GENCODE annotation for the human genome. It can be used as a general exercise for tidyverse or a script to munge any GENCODE annotation. Small-data-science-soln.Rmd contains solutions to questions that are asked in Small-data-science.Rmd. Small-data-science.jl contains equivalent code for Julia.
