We need JSON-LD downloading to work correctly. We have the RDF endpoints for resources, and the frontend can implement a crawl of those in its select and download bar, but the actual stable URIs for resources aren't yet active.

We should look into the technological commitments for permanent URLs and figure out how to ensure we supply URIs that will reliably point to resources.
