The system should allow a shopping cart to be ordered and as part of eh transaction , a transaction must be placed with the bank.

System should allow entry of shopkeepers bank details
System should allow entry of customers bank details
System should allow entry of url, username and token ( password) for transactions with the bank
System should allow ReST interface to perform transactions with the bank
