Gherkin: Set the terminal size mid-scenario as you navigate around a 3270 application.

Story

As a Galasa testcase developer, using Gherkin, I want to change the size of the terminal mid-scenario so that when I navigate through the 3270 scenario each of the applications I navigate to can use their full size, so that my Gherkin tests can also test the bigger screen layouts.

Background

Galasa previously added a feature to set the terminal size as the terminal was created.

Later feedback emerged such that the terminal needs to change size mid-scenario.
