Section titles include a typo in their math expressions that prevents them to be rendered.
Also, I would love to see the Figure mentioned in Section 3.3.

Nevermind. I was just reading the doc in the wrong format. The pdf doesn't have any issue. Closing the ticket.

This is indeed a bug in the latex_to_html5 script. The html files are supposed to be correct. Thanks for noticing!

b19e900 adds the required figure (still missing some explanatory caption)

The figure was generated by the following imscript line:

histomodev 3 nan `SRAND=105 plambda zero:100x1 randg -o TXT:-`  -w 512 -i - | plambda 'x[0]' | sauto -s 1 - modefractal.png
