Flame on is "unknown", climate (ch) state is "idle" while heat pump is working

My sensor Ariston is flame on is always "unknown" and if I set climate on Heating Only or Winter the state remains "idle" while the heat pump is working (is on)and is heating...so I can't understand if the heat pump is heating or is idle.

"Inattivo" is "idle" in Italian.

Furthermore if I set the preset on OFF home assistant returns an error and sets automatically on "cool", but "cool" state doesn't exist on my system. I have to set Mode on Off...I have four function on my system: Summer (water heater only), Winter (Water and heating), Heating only and OFF. See the video:
