Add Modules

thanks , for this fantastic repository, now I wanted to understand how to add modules such as the registry module, in order to maintain the onion architecture, I saw the fluent project, and they are put into separate projects, while here I see them at within the same main project, choose better explanations, how to add modules to this project?
