Hello gfo2007 I agree with you. I've looked at the examples you mentioned. Although the project is not yet complete, it is much more functional and high quality than both. I think we should offer Mukesh more options than just a coffee. Because the cost of this project is much more than a lot of coffee. |

Hi @gfo2007 , fullStackHero will always remain open-source. But yes, as you say, maintaining this repository (even at this stage) is quite time-demanding which is pretty much costly for me now. I too have the same idea in mind. Once I have a completely near to flawless instance of FSH, I will definitely find a way to put it into a more organized business model to support other devs and companies. As of now, the major pending tasks are And yes, sometimes coffees just arent enough, haha. But yea, will figure out a way soon. BR |

Subject: Re: [fullstackhero/dotnet-webapi-boilerplate] Long Term Sustainability of FullStackHero (Discussion #120)
@iammukeshm<https://github.com/iammukeshm> I think many people are excited about Blazor WebAssembly client with especially MudBlazor which you demonstrated with BlazorHero.
Won't it be better use of your time to rather ask the community which UI they want developed first to decide which one to focus on for now?
Thanks so much again for the amount of work you are putting into this and I hope it pays off in giving you a sustainable business.
Regards.

Hi @iammukeshm ,
I have been totally blown away by the amount of work you've put in BlazorHero and now, FullStackHero. Your blog has also been useful in understanding many concepts in the .Net Stack.
I can see the potential FullStackHero has and could have in the not too distant future in becoming the backbone for many line of business applications. This will demand a lot of your time and other contributors more than you can ever imagine.
I will therefore suggest that, when FullStackHero becomes stable, you find a way to create a company and a business model to support you and your team's efforts so that you can sustain it for the long term.
Frameworks like Serenity Application Framework and Abp Framework (Volosoft) have managed to do this. Their charges are quite expensive though for people like me from Africa without much funds at our disposal.
One business model idea you could consider, will be to still leave FullStackHero with all its code and functionality still Open Source and provide incredible support to companies and individuals at a fee. You could also build specific customizations upon request by companies at a fee.
The idea is to help you and others who join your company to do this full time as a business so that these amazing projects can be sustained for the long term.
Thank you.
