できるだけシンプルにして久しぶりに修正するときでも開発しやすくする

gulpをやめる
- 💭 非テキストファイルのsrcに { encoding: false } が必須になるような変更は正直どうかと思う
- 移行先のタスクランナーの候補: https://github.com/google/zx , Bun shell, npm-scripts
sassをやめる
vendor系のjsはrollupを使う?
build用のdocker環境の用意

その他の選択肢

crxjs/chrome-extension-tools: Bundling Chrome Extensions can be pretty complex. It doesn't have to be.
