MPU 6050_serial_to_imu node stops sending data or hangs

Hi, so i have set up everything as per the article attached. after the connections i run serial node for mpu6050 and to check correctly I,

rostopic echo /imu/data for sometime every thing works fine, for like 10 seconds, then it freezes, no new data, even in demo.launch the simulation freezes. i am using a fairly powerful pc, i7 10th etc and everything else works. can you tell me anything about it.
no error warnings are shown, nothing. it just freezes. only this node.

SOLUTION: it is a bug of i2c library which is very well documented. see [https://www.fpaynter.com/2020/07/i2c-hangup-bug-cured-miracle-of-miracles-film-at-11/]

it is resolved for me so i am closing this issue
