Animate progress of incoming registrations

The ongoing registration always feels like a thrilling race that one is excitingly watching, so I believe it would be most appropriate to animate it as such. The ideal visualisation would be four horses that are gallopping across the screen such as to showcase the progress of each study programme's current registration count.
