Can't Eat in Survival

I have been looking it up and apparently it's a "normal" thing that can happen, that when I go to eat it just sits there with the eating particles flowing out but never actually eats it. But I can find which mod is doing it or how to fix it. All foods, different worlds, reinstalled, no key bind mishaps,.... (I am using ATLauncher btw). Normally I would just delete it and move on to the next mod pack but I really like this one and everything else is fine.
