Unable to compile using for android ARM7 - AIR SDK 21 #15

Looks like the .jar file for the ARM version of Android
is missing from the ANE.

I get a class missing error when trying to compile.
Also the IDE shows the ANE as broken (red)

has anyone used this ANE recently on Android?
