The first time you run a bump requires at least a tag in the version control system.

Is it a bug? A good user experience could be to create this first tag if it does not exist.

A solution could be:

In the "init" process, if the tag does not exist, create the first one with the number version, for example, 0.0.1 for each project in the repository.
