Double check the requirements for the signed binary for Windows and then proceed with the purchase if necessary, in order to enable the relevant signing at the CI level.

So, I'm going to create the necessary on the Azure side in an offical way about Freelens then we can set up the action for Windows signing.

As for the Apple signing I'm going to pay in advance as Freelens founder, then I activate donation for who wants to contribute.
Let's see if we can do that asap, so we have everything set up in the best way, signed ecc and we can go on with dependency updates after releasing the 1.0 version.
