Instruction how to adapt existing extensions to Freelens

Search and replace:

@k8slens/ -> @freelensapp/

Edit package.json for "engines" section and replace:

"lens": "^6.0.0" -> "freelens": "^0.1.0"

then:

npm uninstall @k8slens/extensions
npm install -D @freelensapp/extensions

try to build:

npm run build
npm pack
