remove actions from repo, it is now in crystallib #18

We have moved the actionsparser to crystallib so remove it from baobab:

Check the code in crystallib is the same
Remove the code
Fix code to use the implemnetation for crystallib
Fix tests
Remove documentation regarding actions from this repo and move to crystallib
