Link to kyua-discuss mailing list is broken

Link to the kyua-discuss mailing list in the README.md file (i.e. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/kyua-discuss) results for me in the following error message on the page in Firefox 71: "This group either doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to access it. If you're sure this group exists, contact the owner of the group and ask them to give you access."

Where's the kyua-discuss mailing list?

It works for me, but it probably requires a Google auth'ed account. The discussion should probably take place on a more public forum that doesn't involve using the Google ecosystem, e.g., a proper mailing list.
