Suggestion: Show 'Services Selected' under Step 1 of Main Screen

Currently after I select my (for example) Nextcloud service and then return to the main screen, it shows the same 'Select an account' button and it appears as if nothing is selected.

So I pressed the button again and selected my service again and it appeared it was selected...

If possible, it would dramatically improve user experience to see something like "Nextcloud Service Selected" or '[email protected] selected' or '3 services selected'.

Although it is true that the 'Enable Services' button will not show if something is not selected, the first time user does not know this.

Considering the aim of this app is to be super simple, I think this will help a lot.
