In general, I installed GhostCloud, decided to upload photos from the phone to the cloud and .... Zero reaction .... In general, not in any .... I see some weird errors in that log, specifically:
SSL error occured
And
Aborting due to network error: QNetworkReply::NetworkError(RemoteHostClosedError)

Are you using custom SSL certificates?
What's your Nextcloud/ownCloud server log saying here?

Looks more like an problem on your Nextcloud side. I can confirm that GhostCloud on UT does indeed work with my Nextcloud without issues.
