Upload fails without warning if quota has been exceeded

Using GhostCloud 0.9.5 on Ubuntu 19.10, when trying to upload a file to OwnCloud 7.0.4 (Yes, it's old!), the upload completes, but the file does not appear in the GhostCloud interface, and no error is displayed.
On further investigation, it turned out that the OwnCloud users' quota was reached.
It would be good if an error was displayed in this situation.
