Call user.getLoggedIn periodicly

Call user.getLoggedIn periodicly. If not logged in redirect to login page.

With setting the heartbeat of the servers to 5 seconds, and calling getLoggedIn on pause, calling periodically might not be needed. More testing is needed. The main issue is if the log in cookie expires while offline. For the most part it's a non issue but it could cause massive issues with syncing, especially if the server settings have a short cookie expiration (default for couchdb) and the user is going offline periodically.
