Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Helpdesk literally just sends the email that you compose in the interface and there is no reference to the ticket.

Describe the solution you'd like

In addition to agent signatures (#2085) it would be useful to have the option in settings of adding a link to the ticket at the bottom of each email.
