Information about bug

I am not receiving any notifications in helpdesk portal. but i am able receive in desk portal and emails.

Version

Frappe Version: v15.39.0
Frappe-Helpdesk-Version: v0.10.0

Installation method

manual install

Relevant log output / Stack trace / Full Error Message.

No response

and now see notifications
it is working

Ohhhhh, I got the issue.

When there is a first time assignment, the notification is sent, and when we re assign the ticket to some other user, the notification is not sent.

Thanks for reporting the issue, will look into it.
