I have created a new role as support agent. Agent will assign the ticket to support agent and the support agent will work on that. but i have restricted some permissions for this user like to not edit any priorities of the ticket and should not assign to someone else. even after restrict some permissions this user can see and edit everything if added in agent list. if removed from agent list the user cant see the tickets that assigned to them unless if they created that ticket.
