Goals should not be dependent on the KRA and the Appraisal Cycle

We are facing the issue where while creating a Goals, We need to link the KRA, but while Linking the KRA it is filtering to that Appraisal Cycle, it requires an Appraisal Cycle and also KRA to be linked

But a Goal can be linked to any Appraisal Cycle and can also be linked to any Employee Master, Why it is asking mandatory for the Appraisal cycle and KRA.

Right now at the time of creation of Goals, Its is asking for the KRA (Filtered for that Employee) only and while saving it is asking for the Apprisal Cycle Also.

First of all our KRA Master, there is no Employee Linking and then why that Filter it is showing at the Goal Creation as the KRA would be common for any Goals

Also for each Goals, Any Apprisal Cycle can be worked.

I mean to say that the KRA and Appraisal Cycle should work independently with the Goals. We can select Any KRA but the Apprisal Cycle should not be mandatory
