Mikrotik And Cisco filter does not work

Thanks for your sharing. But I have problem with Mikrotik and Cisco filters.
All of my logs have tags = _grokparsefailure (Both Mikrotik and Cisco)

Another question. In Mikrotik config, you specify pattern directory which is Mikoritk pattern. But in Cisco filter there is no pattern directory. So what Cisco Pattern is for?
