But a choice has to be made: one cannot have a form with both Mid and Pass, which UD syntax rather interprets as "either... or..." than "... and ...".
If a form is ambiguous, the "most prototypical" value has to be chosen (I'd say Pass point-blank). If the overlap is systematic and complete (but I think to remember it isn0t the case in Greek), i.e. medium and passive always show the same forms, than only one value has to be chosen.
There is no value for the "medio-passive" voice. I see that PROIEL has a set of two values:
Voice=Mid,Pas
, while the official AGDT-UD has onlyMid
