reprosw

Lecture notes (in IPython Notebook format) on Reproducible Science And Modern Scientific Software.

To get started using this repository in the simplest manner possible, go to a local directory on your system where you want to work and type:

git clone git://github.com/fperez/reprosw.git

You will then have a directory called reprosw with the contents of the repository, which you can update further. Once you are more familiar with the standard github workflow and if you'd like to contribute back to the contents hosted here, you can make a fork and send me back a pull request with your contributions.
