Newer uploaded images within an article on WorldAnvil no longer appear in Foundry #77

Previously, I could create an article in World Anvil and drop in an image (either using the Image button and image ID in the editor, or by using the [imagename.extension] insert. The image correctly shows up in-line in the WorldAnvil editor and when viewing the article on WorldAnvil - however, after importing/syncing WorldAnvil in foundry, no images from newly uploaded pictures appear - I get a single pixel square and a broken image icon if I click it.

Note: Article created in the past do still show images and allow me to show those images to players. Similarly, if I drop an OLD image (uploaded last year, for example) into a new article, it shows up properly. This issue seems to only be for newer images uploaded the WorldAnvil images tool (created in the past couple months) and then dropped into articles.

I committed a merge request, that should hopefully work now. :)

@aaclayton I'd suggest to roll out this patch and the one for the changed permission names. Right now, the module is not working well (no images) or not at all if people already switched to Foundry v12.
