failure to deploy

Current behavior:

Error in the Mongo.py. Tried deploying to heroku, bluemix and scale lingo.

Removing mongod.lock from
/var/lib/mongodb
And then try restarting the service
sudo service mongodb start

This isn't on a local machine. My meaning is something changed in the code causing it not to deploy to any cloud service. Even https://query-server.herokuapp.com/ is serving an error message from this repo's auto deploy.
