help using the FPM Registry

Hello all, I'm using FPM in my project and I have an ability setup to get the compiler output and put that into a graphical form to easily install these. This is done by running fpm search and parsing the entire output into an xml file. I was reading through the FPM docs though and found the online registry. Thing is, when I follow the path it gives for Window there is no dependencies or config.toml.
Do I have to create this config file in some way? I plan to get the packages on the registry and use them instead of the "hard coded" ones.
